VIP Fall 2008 Registration
Very Important Player (VIP) registration is open through August 8th at $50.00 per player.
Follow the information below for registering your VIP player, with the addition marking the player as VIP on the registration form and completing the player evaluation.

FALL 2008 REGISTRATION
Registrations after May 29th must be mailed to us.  Early Registration fees are $50.00 per player, until June 15th is closed. Normal Registration fees are $75.00 per player, after June 15th. Currently, you may download the Player Registration Form OR print it from www.eayso.org, complete TWO copies and mail them BOTH to us with the registration fees. You must also sumbit either a Volunteer Position Form or Concessions Volunteer Form.
UNIFORM SIZE MUST BE INCLUDED!!! Write in upper left of player registration form. Sizes are YS, YM, YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL.

ADULT LEAGUE INFORMATION
ADULT SEASON BEGINS SUNDAY 4/6/08!
Adult League registration is open throught the year.  Men & Women 19 years of age and up and of any skill level are encouraged to signup. The adult league will begin play on April 6th. The adult league plays every Sunday at 3:00pm at the Maiden Lane Township Park.  Play continues until October 29.  Registration fees are $65.00.  Registration fees include shorts, two jerseys, socks and supplemental player insurance.  Interested players may play one game free to evaluate the program.  Players who are not registered are not covered under the soccer accident insurance and will not be allowed to participate.  Please send two copies of the registration form with fees to the address below, or bring the form and fees to a Sunday game.
