AYSO 574 Refund Policy:

Please note the Membership Fee ($20.00) is non-refundable.   100% refund of all registration fees if the request is received prior to uniforms being ordered (approximately 6 weeks prior to season start).  If uniforms have been ordered, any money spent will be deducted from the refund.  Once practices have started NO refund will be given.

A Refund Request Form must be submitted with a signature in order to process any request.
